Motivation
I got tired of writing the same logging code over and over. And even worse, after a few experiments, I could not remember which code change caused that weird loss spike. So I built a tool that just sits there and handles the boring stuff. It tracks configs, parses logs, and tells me what changed. No boilerplate, no mental overhead.

You run sciagent run python train.py --lr 1e-3. It runs your script, grabs the config from your code, pulls metrics from stdout, and saves everything. Later, sciagent diff shows you exactly which params changed. sciagent daily summarizes your code changes with AI. No more staring at git log trying to remember what you did this week. That’s it.

Motivation
I kept finding myself in the same loop. I spent weeks on something, but when I looked back, I could not tell what actually happened. I only knew whether it worked or not. The journey in between was gone. Even worse, somewhere along the way, I started doubting. How far have I gone? Am I making progress? Is this normal? Turns out, uncertainty kills momentum more than difficulty does. So I built a tool that tracks the time I actually put in. Not to optimize productivity. Just to give myself a clear view of the road I have walked.
